Won the Minister of Digital Award at the Well-being & Age-Tech 2022 Award!
We are pleased to announce that OUI Inc. received the Minister of Digital Award at the Well-being & Age-Tech 2022 Award at the Well-Aging Economic Forum held in Tokyo on November 30, 2022.
The Well-being & Age-Tech 2022 Award, sponsored by the Well-Aging Economy Forum (supported by the Digital Agency, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), recognizes science, technology, and innovation to enhance inclusiveness and wellbeing in an aging society with very low fertility.
OUI Inc. was honored with the Minister of Digital Award for its efforts to “reduce global blindness by 50% and protect people’s health through their eyes” using OUI Inc.’s Smart Eye Camera.
At the award ceremony, Digital Minister Taro Kono gave a video message and Masaki Ogushi, Vice Minister of Digital Affairs, presented the certificate of commendation.
